Your order will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in these times, so please make sure you take this into account before purchasing.
Once your order leaves us, we can only track it by tracking number.
International deliveries can take 10-65 days after confirmation of leaving customs, again, once shipped, we can only track it using the tracking number provided.
Orders shipped outside of China may be subject to import duties and taxes when they arrive at their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
Undelivered or Rejected Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and accurate shipping details, i.e. address and contact number. If an order is returned to us, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges if the item is refused or undeliverable and you wish to have it re-shipped. In this case, there is no refund option.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is stolen, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Policy
By purchasing any item from our store Brick Revolution, you acknowledge that the order cannot be returned or refunded once it has been shipped. We only accept refunds requested before the order is shipped. Any order cannot be refunded once it has been shipped.
Refused and Undeliverable Orders
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Refused or undeliverable packages will be returned to us and this does not constitute a refund.
If you would like us to resend a refused or undeliverable package, we will charge a new shipping fee.
Shipping methods
Due to the complexity and delay of international transportation, we provide two modes of transportation through China Post, namely air transportation and Surface Air Lifted. These two methods can minimize the probability of parcel loss. And due to the special nature of China’s connection with the outside world, the price of parcels sent from China to the world is usually higher.
For general countries, we try to use Surface Air Lifted to reduce your expenses.
However, for Mongolia, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Singapore, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, India, New Zealand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand, we can only ship by air.
